Morgan Mendelson

I went to the University of Tampa where I studied Business Management.  I have played multiple sports growing up and was a personal trainer throughout college. After graduating, I wanted a position that offered more growth and opportunity so I started in this company and have now worked in the company for almost 6 years now. I first started in sales and developed many of my interpersonal skills and then in account management, I developed the leadership skills that enable me to be a more successful and empathetic manager.

I was initially attracted to this job because of the growth opportunity and I stayed for that, as well as the supportive and fun culture. In my time here I have been able to develop so many crucial relationships and have been able to network with many wonderful people. I have helped promote many successful managers and have trained up their Human Resource departments. My goal is to help build more successful managers and ensure their business is prosperous in their training, recruiting, and onboarding.
