My name is Kayla Ohmann, and I am the HR Manager with Highland Management Group. I attended Carroll Community College for my first 2 years and then transferred to University of Maryland University College, with a double Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Human Resources. I have a huge passion for Dance and Cheer, as I started at a young age and became a coach! I began my journey in the business as a Recruiter in July of 2022, I joined Highland for the growth opportunities and to expand my knowledge as a dedicated HR Professional. I believe in consistent communication and development as the forefront to my career progression. Here at Highland I am passionate about fostering a positive and goal oriented environment by driving talent acquisition, training/employee development, organizational development and employee relations. My goals moving forward are to branch out to our existing and new offices, to help develop their HR Departments, and to find new and effective ways to expand our programs!
