She graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where she earned a double major in Apparel, Housing, and Resource Management, as well as International Business. Prior to her current role, she served as an Assistant Regional Manager for the world’s largest eyewear company, gaining extensive experience in leadership and operations.
While successfully advancing within the corporate environment, she recognized that the traditional corporate ladder did not align with her long-term goals. This realization led to her recruitment into the business, where she could pursue a more purpose-driven and growth-oriented career path.
Moving forward, her goals include continuing to expand her networking and leadership skills, while also helping to develop and train others to become the future leaders of Highland Management Group.
