I serve as a Human Resources professional at Highland Management Group. I’ve been with the company since May 2022, and this role has allowed me to hone my interpersonal communication skills, which are vital to fostering a positive workplace culture. I truly believe that strong communication is the backbone of any successful organization, and I strive to create an environment where every team member feels valued and heard. I attended Chesapeake Community College to Study Business Management, where I developed a solid foundation that continues to support my work in HR. My background has equipped me with the tools to effectively manage and engage with our diverse workforce, ensuring that everyone can thrive. When I’m not at work, I love spending my free time exploring the beautiful beaches of Florida and going on hikes.
